A few years ago, I looked in the mirror and barely recognized myself.
I was exhausted, inflamed, and running on cortisol. I’d spent years powering through life - first as a lawyer, then as a tech founder - always “achieving,” but never truly feeling good in my body.
After having my daughter at 38, everything changed. My energy, my hormones, my resilience - it all crashed. And all the usual wellness advice? Cold plunges, 5am workouts, endless supplements? It wasn’t built for women like me.
So I did what I’ve always done best: researched, built systems, and solved the problem myself.
I used my background in biology, psychology, and biohacking to design a smarter way forward - a protocol that actually worked with my female physiology, not against it. One that didn’t require me to overhaul my entire life to feel better.
That’s how The Glow-Up Challenge was born. And later, GlowOS - the full 90-day transformation program built for real women, with real lives, and real biology.
Now, I help other women reset their energy, hormones, and confidence with the same tools that brought me back to life.
